that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through

not be duplicated or reproduced using this website or the services of Photo at Large.
Photo at Large may exercise its right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse
any and all current or future use of the website for any reason and at any time.
You agree not to use this website or the products or services of Photo at Large:

for any unlawful purposes;
to upload, duplicate, digitize, reproduce or communicate any material that is

Refund and Reprint policy
We do not offer refunds for any printed orders.
Photo at Large is committed to providing
customers with products and services of the highest caliber. We understand that
occasionally, a customer may not be satisfied with their order and may desire some
type of restitution. A reprint of your order will be granted, if we feel it is justified.
Prior to submitting such a request, it is important that you read and understand
the reprint policy of Photo at Large.
The decision to grant or deny a reprint rests wholly with Photo at Large.
The first step for requesting a reprint is to contact Photo at Large via our website
and make your request through our "contact us" page. After receiving the requested
information, we will contact you by email with an answer to your request. Please
do not return any goods unless you have been instructed to do so.
Reprints will generally be honored for orders that have been damaged during shipment.
Some orders that have received slight damage during shipment may be corrected after
mounting the print. We will inform you if we feel this will correct the problem.
If you are requested to return goods for the purpose of evaluation, please do so
within fourteen days from our notification. Shipping charges incurred by the customer
in the process of returning the goods to Photo at Large will not be reimbursed.
Reprints will not be honored due to minor color or tone variations in your finished
print. We may offer a percentage discount off a new order if we consider it justified.
Reprints will not be considered if your order date of purchase is more than 30 days.
If you cancel an order for a print after work to prepare your order has begun, you
will forfeit all fees paid, including any shipping charges.
Image requirements are stated on every order page and are the responsibility of
the customer. You may also email your image or images to us before you order if
print quality is a concern. (We do not suggest printing cell phone and small internet images.)
You may cancel an order for a print before any work to prepare your order has begun,
you will be refunded all fees paid, including any shipping charges. To cancel an
order, you must notify Photo at Large by email or phone.
If your order is 30 or more days old, a refund will not be accepted due to information
that has not been received from the customer to process the order. We will make
several attempts to contact you by phone or email. After all attempts have been
exhausted, a discount code will be issued for the amount that was paid and can be
used for future orders for up to one year from the issue date.
Shipping policy
All goods remain the property of Photo at Large until payment is received in full.
Goods can only be dispatched after payment is received through our website payment
service. We do not accept mailed payments of any kind, including personal checks,
money orders, or casher's checks.
The customer agrees to pay any additional charges resulting from the non-availability
of a suitable person to take delivery at the given address, or for any additional
charges resulting from mistakes or alterations made in relation to the supplied
delivery address.
We do not offer the option of personal pickup from our premises.
Order turnaround time is usually 3 to 5 days, sometimes sooner depending on
our work load.
At this time, delivery can only be made to destinations within the U.S. and some
outlying areas, including military addresses determined by the U.S. Postal Service.

Upon receipt, it is the customer's or recipient's responsibility to thoroughly inspect
the goods for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. If any
damage has occurred, the customer must contact Photo at Large within 7 days after
receiving the package.
Due to a number of factors, delivery times are approximations only and therefore
cannot be guaranteed.
