  1. What types of media do you offer?
    Matte, satin, and high glossy photo paper are excellent choices for a lasting picture with brilliant color. They have a thickness of 8 mil. As an upgrade, we offer satin and glossy photo papers that are 10 mil thick. We have a cost effective coated paper for banners that comes in a matte or glossy finish that are 6 mil thick. As a comparison, standard printer paper is 4 mil thick. We also have a tear-proof banner paper that is 9 mil. For an elegant and rich look with archival quality, we offer 3 fine art papers that are 13 to 15 mil thick. our stretchable giclĂ©e canvas cloth has a matte finish and is 20 mil thick.     Back to top

  2. How long does it take to receive my order?
    It usually takes 2 to 5 days to process your order and 2 to 3 days for priority shipping.

  3. How do I send digital images to you?
    After you place your order and make payment, the "thank you" page will confirm your order with an order number.  The image upload button below will take you to the upload page where you can browse for pictures on your computer and then upload them to us.    Back to top

  4. Can you enlarge my developed photos?
    Yes we can. You can either scan the photo yourself and upload it to us. Or you can send the photo to us by regular mail and we will scan it. Please be sure to package your photo properly for shipment. A bubble-wrap envelope is suggested. We will return it with your enlargement. NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for photos that are damaged during shipment to us.     Back to top

  6. What are your size requirements for a digital image?
    The largest file size that you can upload to us will produce the best quality picture. We would suggest at least a 1280 x 960 pixel size. This is equivalent to a 1.3 mega-pixel digital camera. Just remember that higher mega-pixel cameras will produce better looking enlargements. When scanning a picture to send to us, please use a setting of at least 300 dpi on your scanner for our smaller prints, 600 dpi for our medium sized prints, and 1200 dpi for our largest sized prints.    Back to top

  7. Can you repair my damaged photos?
    Yes we can. tears, stains, water spots, and scratches can all be fixed. Your photo will be scanned and converted to a digital image. The image can then be touched-up and printed to look like new.   Back to top

  8. Can I get enlargements from a negative or  slide?
    Yes, up to a 16x20 size. Please see #4 for shipping instructions.    Back to top

  9. Can you convert a color photo to black & white?
    Yes we can. This option is offered on the order page.    Back to top

  10. Can you convert a black & white photo to color?
    Sorry, we don't do colorization.    Back to top

  11. Will my finished print have a white border?
    All prints will have a 1/4 inch white border. We also offer borderless printing on glossy and satin photo paper as an option. (The printed area on all bordered prints will be a 1/2 inch less than the size ordered, both horizontally and vertically.)    Back to top

  12. What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on our order page. We also accept payments through PayPal or with an eCheck. We do not accept personal checks. They will be returned if sent for payment.   Back to top

  13. How much does shipping cost?
    The base price for 2 to 3 day priority mail shipping is $5.49. Most single print orders will apply to this charge. If you need it quicker, we offer 1 day express mail shipping for $22.95. (Some areas may take 2 days, depending on your location) Please include a shipping address that the U.S. Postal service will accept and ship to, including post office box, if needed.  Back to top

  14. How will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be shipped by priority or express mail in a round mailing tube or a flat envelope, depending on the size.    Back to top

  15. How will I get the picture back that I send you?
    Your picture will be secured in a mailing tube or envelope with your enlargement print. If it is too large, it will be shipped separately.    Back to top

  16. What quality of media and ink do you use?
    Some of the medias we use have waterproof qualities but most are intended for indoor use. All of the medias that we use come from major companies like; InteliCoat,
    HP, Shil, and Lexjet. We use HP pigment ink that is UV resistant, waterproof, and is fade resistant up to 250 years. See ratings here. Please see #1 for mil thickness ratings.    Back to top

  17. Can you print other picture sizes that aren't common?
    Yes, we have a
    "Y Size It" page that allows you to choose the dimensions of your print. The smaller dimension range ouis from 4 - 24 inches. The larger dimension range is 24 - 128 inches. Height and width dimensions are interchangeable to accommodate the correct picture orientation of portrait or landscape.        Back to top

  18. Can you do special editing and artwork to my pictures?
    Yes we can. We charge $10 per 1/4 hour of work with a minimum of 1/2 hour. Please email your picture to us and tell us what you want. Our email address is listed on the
    "Contact Us" page. We will email you back a quote so that you may place your order on the appropriate page.

  19. How can I find out if my order has been shipped?
    You may login to our website to view your
    Order Status. You will also receive an email from the postal service after your shipping label is printed and your order is ready to ship.     Back to top

  20. Where do I go to upload my images?
    You will be given the opportunity to upload your images after the payment process. There is an image upload button on the order confirmation page that will direct you to the upload area. You can also access the upload page by logging in to our site. The upload image button is located on the order status page.     Back to top

  21. Can I get a refund on an order?
    We will refund any order that has not been printed. If you are not happy with an order that you receive, we will do what we can to make you satisfied. If you do not know if your picture quality is good enough for enlarging, please send it to us and we will advise you. Our email address is listed on the
    "Contact Us" page. Paid orders are an acknowledgement from you to print and complete the order as listed, so please be sure to send the image that you want processed.     Back to top

  22. Can you make borderless prints?
    We can produce borderless prints on satin and glossy photo paper. All other medias will have a 1/4 in. white border.    Back to top

  23. How do I know which enlargement size will match my image?
    The sizes we offer break down into 5 aspect ratio groups. Each item size page gives a definition of that size and weather it is common to digital image sizes or film camera sizes. We also have a

  24. Can you mount, stretch, or frame my picture after printing?
    We don't do any mounting, stretching, or framing. We specialize in printing, which offers you the best quality and value for your dollar.    Back to top
