Your
image size should be at least
1280 x 960 pixels, in it's original format
and not cropped or resized. If you have edited with Photoshop, we will
need the original .psd file. Some programs automatically
resize images for emailing purposes. These sizes are
comparable to the size of cell phone images and neither will produce a
good quality enlargement. Not all images can be printed at
24x36 inches, but 18x24 inches may be
acceptable. Always view your images at 100% with your image
viewing software to verify that the quality is good enough to enlarge.
If you are scanning your own pictures, you should scan at a minimum of
300 dpi for 11"x14" prints and 600 to 800 dpi for 12"x16" to
18"x24" prints. We do not recommend printing scanned images
larger than an 18x24 in. size. Scanned prints up to
24"x36" will work fine for birthday banners & etc. but won't
have the quality to frame or display.

approval due to images that are less than the requirements stated
