Your image size should be at least 1280 x 960 pixels and not altered from its original size and format. If you have done editing with Photoshop, please send a flattened .psd file to reduce the size. Some programs automatically resize images for emailing purposes. These sizes are comparable to the size of cell phone and internet images and neither will produce a good quality enlargement.  Not all images can be printed at 24x36 inches, but 18x24 inches may be acceptable. Always view your images at 100%  on your monitor with your image viewing software to verify that the quality is good enough to enlarge.

If you are scanning your own pictures, please use a setting of 300 dpi for 11"x14" prints and 600 to 800 dpi for 12"x16" to 18"x24" prints. We do not recommend printing scanned images larger than  18"x24". Sizes up to 24"x36" will work fine for banners or temporary use, but  typically won't have the needed quality for framed or display use.
